Back to the Hurricane Part 2. Is it better than the original? *shrug*
How I prepared for Matthew:
1) Topped off my gas tank
2) Bought 3 cans of Chef Boyardee
3) Refilled the bird feeder because you know, the outside pets are stressed out
4) Filled up my Brita filter jug
5) Made sure I had some leftover Pecan Pie whiskey
6) Contemplated making a batch of sangria but decided that would be overkill
Granted, I live on the West Coast of Florida (represent!) and I am relatively safe from the worst of the shit. So... I hope the power stays on so I can bake some sourdough? At least I have an extra day to vacuum the house and whatnot.
